Samples and specifications

Final materials, dimensions, colour, glaze, construction, testing, packaging and workmanship standards are confirmed through approved samples and written specifications.

Commercial terms

Pricing, MOQ, mould or development charges, payment terms, production lead time, Incoterms and delivery schedules are valid only when stated in an applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.

Intellectual property

Customers are responsible for ensuring that supplied logos, artwork and references may be lawfully used. Ownership and exclusivity for custom moulds or designs must be agreed in writing.
